“Reporter Raju”(1962) was a Wadia Brothers Productions/ Basant Pictures production movie. It was produced by Homi Wadia and directed by Dwarka Khosla. The movie had Feroze Khan, Chitra, Jeevankala, Indira, Baby Vidya Rani, Manorama, Ratnamala, Sulochana Chatterjee, Shah Agha, Sunder, Majnoo, Shakeel Noomani, Raj Adeeb, Mintobai, Gani, Mohammed Ali, Geeta, Paro, Julian, B.M.Vyas, Anthny, Bismilla, Mithoo miyaa etc in it.
The movie receives a favourable review from Memsaab.

Here is the fifth and final song from “Reporter Raju”(1962) to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Suman Kalyanpur, Rafi and chorus. Raja Mehdi Ali Khan is the lyricist. Music is composed by S Mohinder. This is the most fun filled on all the songs in the movie. From the details provided in Memsaab’s review, we gather that this qawwali is performed by Kohinoor Theater Company led by Dewan Sunderlal (Sunder) and his beloved Gopi (Jeewankala). The lyrics of the qawwaali tell us of the situation when women would rule. If that happened then it is the males who would be required to remain behind veil. Women would go to office and males would be left holding up crying kids.
The lyricist, Raja Mehdi Ali Khan has let his hair down and he has come up with some wonderfully hilarious scenario for hapless males in a women ruled world. 
The song is an aural and visual delight !
